:: Branding

As we are learning from Social Media Marketing, we can no longer "Shout" our value proposition and expect people to line up and take our word for it!
Today's customers, whether consumer or business (btw, they're all people), expect you to work a little harder for their attention. If you present yourself well (that is, as a thoughtful participant in their communities), they may be interested in building a relationship. The iPhone presents us with another opportunity to build a lasting relationship through the exchange of value. So, whether you intend to charge for your iPhone App or not, you must ask if it will support your brand objectives.
Will your App provide entertainment or utility that is consistent with your brand?
